CyberSurvey is our process for applying technology to your organizational survey program. This process integrates technology, consulting and various software applications that allow us to ask questions, collect answers, process data, generate reports and distribute results -- all online.
Our CyberSurvey process is easy to setup and adaptable to your needs. There are PC and disk-by-mail surveys. We can provide you with e-mail, and network surveys. Administration can also be done on your corporate, Intranet and on the Internet from our web server.
You can use computerized telephone administration for up to 1,000 simultaneous calls. There is telephone polling by live operators. Some survey and focus group applications are perfect for wireless, handheld input devices.
For data reporting, report generation and report distribution you have technology choices as well. You can receive easy-to-read, highly graphical, paper reports. These reports can be distributed on paper, by diskette, on a CD or over a network.
