Distribution of Reports
The most effective way to distribute the
survey reports is in the training session described above. This requires
a close coordination between report production, training classes, and
a schedule to conduct feedback and action planning meetings. Report
recipients are motivated to attend training since they do not get their
results unless and until they participate. The training is far more
effective because they are using their own real-life data in the class
exercises. The class will give them a head start on analyzing their
data and planning the feedback and action planning meetings with their
people.
